Over the past six months a patient from Loughborough has been making the 50 minute drive to Coventry for stubborn Achilles tendonitis treatment.

Symptoms have reduced by around ‘half’ with the patient saying they hope to be able to wear their favourite footwear in the coming weeks.

The pain they presented with was due to long-term wearing of ‘improper footwear’ which caused painful inflammation. Many patients with this condition also have abnormal foot structures such as High Arches or Flat Feet.
